Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • They are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is not a custom or personalized product (non-returnable unless defective).

How to Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Return the item within 14 days of receiving return approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Customized or personalized baby clothes.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.
